Evolve Through Art - Creative Arts Therapy, PLLC is a private practice providing psychotherapy and art therapy services. Diana uses integrative psychotherapy interventions tailored to you to help you make meaningful changes in your life, gain insight/self awareness into your daily concerns, and assists you in exploring new ways of living your optimal life. Sessions are offered both in English and Spanish.
At ETA psychotherapy is viewed as a holistic and preventive way of managing a healthy lifestyle and living a fulfilling life. Diana Gil Velez, MS, LCAT, ATR-BC (pronouns: she/her/hers) is the founder and primary psychotherapist for ETA since 2012. She is also a Creative Arts Therapist at Jacobi Medical Center's Behavioral Health Department. Diana has 11+ years working in the mental health field in various capacities (e.g., primary psychotherapist, clinical coordinator, adjunct instructor, supervisor, and consultant). Diana is a NYS licensed psychotherapist (LCAT: licensed creative arts therapist), registered/board certified art therapist (ATR-BC), and psychoanalyst-in-training.
